ICI's newly formed catalyst company, Synetix, was launched on 1998. It wanted a complete suite of literature and a web site.
Response
We achieved a consistent tone of voice from top level corporate literature to detailed product brochures (14 so far) on complex high value chemicals - gaining the understanding of decision makers and the respect of technical people.
Result
A name that was hitherto unknown even by existing customers has become synonymous with quality, innovation and service.
